1. Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Once we receive your order it will take us between 1–3 business days to pack your order.
Shipping Rates:
Enjoy a flat shipping rate of $2.50 for orders anywhere in the United States!
Delivery Time Estimates:
For U.S. shipping via First Class Mail, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.

2. Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
Thanks for shopping at MidZen. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds and Processing Time:
